The Einhell battery charger CE-BC 10 M is an intelligent battery charger, adapted to the technically advanced and powerful batteries of modern motor vehicles. The main focus of the development is on fast, gentle charging of the batteries so that the longest possible service life at full power is achieved. The battery charger with microprocessor control is suitable for a wide variety of vehicle battery types and has a range of technical protection and care mechanisms. Operating the charger is easier than with conventional devices thanks to a detailed charge display. The smart control electronics analyze the type and condition of the connected battery and initiate the optimal mode based on requirements. The trickle charge function protects and preserves the battery for a permanently ideal charge level. This makes the CE-BC 10 M suitable for all vehicle types, expressly also for seasonal vehicles with long downtimes: Instead of allowing the battery to slowly drain completely and thus risking a deep discharge, the battery is gently kept at its optimal level by means of trickle charging. The trickle charge relieves the battery cells and extends the service life, preventing the avoidable, costly replacement of a vehicle battery damaged by deep discharge. Cars, motorcycles or scooters are ready for use immediately at the start of the season. A winter charging mode has been developed especially for outside temperatures below 5° Celsius. The device is also equipped with a reconditioning mode, which can breathe new life into deeply discharged batteries, and a supply mode for use as a power supply.
