The CMS Control Unit Modbus RTU CMS-600 is used for multi-channel monitoring of direct and alternating currents in final circuits. Various sensor mounting variants allow use in any installation environment and offer high measurement accuracy and a wide measurement range. Communication with up to 2x32 sensors takes place via two integrated Modbus RTU interfaces. 247 addresses (Modbus IDs) can be set on the device. This means that several thousand measuring points can be queried via the same bus line. This makes the CMS predestined as a highly efficient current measuring system even in very large and widely branched electrical systems. The entire system configuration and all measuring functions can be carried out particularly easily via the touch display. A 2-wire RS485 Modbus, RTU interface is also available for remote querying and further processing of the measurement data. The system complies with DIN EN 61010-1.
