With the TECHNIROUTER 5/2x16 you can build a single-cable converter distribution system and supply up to 32 subscribers with the complete television programs from up to 2 satellites (e.g. from Astra 19.2° E and Eutelsat 13° E) as well as with the terrestrial signal via two cables. Existing cable structures in residential properties can be used without laying new cables. If more than 32 subscriber connections are required, additional TECHNIROUTER 5/2x16 can be cascaded to the main line outputs. Digital SCR technology (Satellite Channel Routing) in accordance with EN50494/EN50607 is used and allows the supply of the receiving devices without any program restrictions. Multi-tuner devices (PVR) can also be fully operated without laying new antenna cables. The TECHNIROUTER 5/2x16 compensates for atmospheric attenuation losses, which lead to a level fluctuation in the received satellite signal, using a built-in automatic gain control (AGC). Which LNB is required? For operation with one orbital position, use Quattro LNBs (Quattro Switch LNBs are not suitable). By using 2 WIDEBAND LNBs, 2 orbital positions can be distributed without restriction. Use WIDEBAND LNBs with a LOF of 10.41 GHz.
