With the TechniSelect 12 solution, 12 random transponders are selected from 4 satellite IF levels (satellite blocks) and implemented in a single-cable distribution. With little effort, classic house cabling, as often found in apartment blocks or hotels, can be converted or expanded to digital satellite television (of course also in HD). This makes it possible to connect a large number of subscribers to a common line. DVB-T and FM can also be distributed. TechniSat receivers that are prepared for operation with the TechniSelect 12 are recommended. In principle, however, any digital DigitalSat receiver or any DigitalSat TV device can be connected. Antenna sockets for the satellite range with diode separation must be used. TechniSelect 12 is pre-programmed at the factory for the most popular programs from Astra 19.2° East with the transponders 11, 51, 53, 71, 77, 85, 89, 91, 93, 104, 107 and 111. However, the configuration can easily be changed via the USB interface with a laptop.
