The DY 0916 is a cascade multiswitch with 9 inputs for distributing two satellites and terrestrial signals. Using the separately available DG 55 power supply, which ensures the LNB power supply, the multiswitch can also be used as a stand-alone device. The levels are available on 9 cascade outputs for subsequent multiswitches. Commercially available DVB-S/S2 receivers or TV sets with integrated receivers can be operated on the 16 subscriber outputs. Terrestrial signals such as DVB-T/T2, DAB or FM are also available on each subscriber output. The standby function minimizes energy consumption by activating the multiswitch only when the receiver is switched on.
