Scotch® 22 vinyl electrical insulation tape is the market-leading original PVC insulation tape. This professional-class insulation tape has an elastic carrier material coated with a highly effective adhesive with an increased layer thickness for increased mechanical strength. It is ideal for the primary electrical insulation of all wires and cable connections up to 600 V and offers long-lasting, moisture-proof electrical and mechanical protection for a wide range of temperatures from 10°C to 60°C according to VDE. Its very good elasticity, flexibility and resilience across the entire temperature range enables wrinkle-free winding. It offers excellent protection against abrasion, copper corrosion, oil, solvents and UV radiation.
