2-component PUR casting resin meets increased fire protection requirements and was specially developed for use in mining. It meets the requirements for cast resin molding materials according to DIN0291 Part 2 for filling cable fittings or parts thereof for the following cable types: power cables with a nominal voltage of up to 1 kV - GNH, power cables with a nominal voltage of up to 10 kV - GMH and telecommunications and signaling cables - GFH. Properties: 2-component PUR casting resin, in a practical two-chamber mixing bag, good flow properties, fast curing, excellent hydrolysis resistance, resistant to chemical influences, resistant to alkaline earths, stabilized against UV rays, halogen-free, flame-retardant, environmentally friendly, reduced smoke development in the event of fire, no cracking under electrical load, no cracking under mechanical load, excellent adhesion to all cable materials.
