The Restart PRO Autotest residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) carries out an automatic self-test (autotest) at regular intervals, which replaces the manual operation of the test button. The residual current circuit breaker is fully activated during this test without interrupting the system's power supply. If the residual current circuit breaker is triggered, Restart Pro Autotest restores the power supply after an insulation test of the system. If the system fault persists, there is no attempt to switch it on. The system is checked every 2 minutes by RESTART PRO Autotest. If the system returns to a safe value, RESTART PRO Autotest switches the residual current circuit breaker back on. It will not switch on if an error exists. LEDs and an auxiliary contact signal the operating states. RESTART PRO Autotest can be switched on or off using a simple slide switch.
