The 4-pole AF16Z contactors are used to control power circuits up to 690V AC and 220V DC. They are mainly used to control non-inductive or slightly inductive loads. The contactors with coil code -30 have an electronic 24 V DC coil interface with built-in overvoltage protection, which achieves a reduced holding coil consumption of up to 1.7W and direct control via the PLC output 250mA 24V DC, without an additional interface relay. The polarity on the coil connections (A1+ and A2-) must be observed. Front and side mountable auxiliary contact blocks with positively guided auxiliary contacts according to Annex L of IEC 60947-5-1 and normally closed mirror contacts according to Annex F of IEC 60947-4-1 available.
