Overview

The high-performance circuit breakers in the S800S-UC series protect cables and lines against overload and short circuits. They have a rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 50kA at 250V (single-pole), 500V (two-pole) and 750V (three- and four-pole) DC. With its thermal tripping mechanism, it offers equally effective protection against overload, as does its electromechanical tripping mechanism against short circuits. The S800S-UC complies with the IEC/EN 60947-2 standard and can be used for industrial purposes. Numerous approvals make it suitable for worldwide use and the extensive range of accessories makes it even more convenient to use. Thanks to the very fast arc extinguishing, your installation is optimally protected with the S800S-UC.
