RCBOs combine residual current and circuit breakers in one device (FI/LS combination). They protect people from residual currents and systems from short circuits and overloads. DRCBO 4 have a rated switching capacity of 6 kA. HP-type residual current circuit breakers were specially developed for protecting heat pumps and detect smooth DC residual currents as well as all other residual currents at frequencies up to 20 kHz. With an HP-optimized short-time delay, the universal current-sensitive residual current circuit breaker is resistant to surge currents. This means it offers higher system availability through fewer false trips. Switches with tripping characteristics C are optimized for circuits with high inrush or peak currents. Standard switches are designed for circuits with a rated voltage of 230 V or 400 V and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. Properties: Universal current sensitive for fault currents with frequencies from 0 Hz (smooth direct current) to 20 kHz, tripping independent of the mains voltage for type A fault currents, small size for all rated currents, switch position indicator, separate display of the reason for tripping, clamping yoke terminals with a wide clamping cross-section range on both connection sides, neutral conductor on the right, labeling window, mounting type: quick attachment to mounting rail, installation position as desired, feed preferably from above, areas of application: RCBO of the HP variant are suitable for private, commercial and industrial installations with TN-S, TT and TN-CS systems in which heat pumps are used. Notes: suitable for use in 50 Hz alternating current networks, not suitable for use on the output side of controlled electrical equipment such as frequency converters.
