Staircase light timers control staircase and hallway lighting. They switch off manually switched on lights after a preset time. The RTZ series offers a variety of functions and flexible control inputs. The device can be switched on and off using the connected buttons. There are many different operating modes to choose from. Features: - Time delay adjustable over a wide range from 0.5 min to 12 min, - LEDs to display the supply voltage and the position of the output relay, - quiet normally open contact for 250VAC and continuous currents of 10A (devices connected in series) or 16A (devices not connected in series) - control input with overload protection and a max. incandescent lamp load of 100mA, - operating voltage 230VAC, - automatic 3-/4-wire detection, - screw terminal connections also for large cross-sections, - compact design Mounting type: - quick attachment to mounting rail - installation position as desired Areas of application: Use in all rooms in which energy savings are to be achieved by automatically switching off the lighting, e.g. stairwells, corridors or storage rooms in private or commercial buildings. Notes: For continuous currents over 10A, a distance of at least 5mm must be provided between the devices.
