Areas of application: Universal fiber optic indoor/outdoor cables with stranded bundles are used in primary (campus backbone) and secondary areas (building backbone) where a fiber count of more than 24 is required. The compact bundle construction allows a high concentration of fibers and thus facilitates fiber management in the distribution systems. The cable is UV-resistant, metal-free, rodent-proof, longitudinally watertight, high tensile strength, halogen-free and flame-retardant and suitable for both indoor installation and direct burial (in an appropriate sand bed).
