The conical weld-in protective sleeve is used for the installation of thermocouples and resistance thermometers, for example when a sensor exchange is required without draining the system and/or pressure resistance is required. The protective sleeve with internal thread G 1/2 (DIN 16179 Form S) is designed for temperatures from 0 to 400 °C. The outer diameter of the protective tube is 25 mm and is stepped down to 17 mm. The inner diameter and installation length are 11 x 160 mm. The dimensions given refer to the thermometers. Stainless steel 1.4571 is used as the protective sleeve material.
