The plug-in resistance thermometer with bayonet lock and connecting cable enables temperature measurements on solid bodies due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The stainless steel protective tube, made of material 1.4571, measures 8 x 20 mm and is flat at the tip. The bayonet lock has a diameter of 12 mm. The resistance thermometer is therefore preferably used for temperature measurements on plain bearings and tools in the plastics industry. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as a 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to +400 °C. The 2.5 m long connecting cable made of metal braid is shielded and mounted with strain relief at the transition. The adjustment range of the installation length is 20 to 180 mm. The permissible ambient temperature of the connecting cable is -50 to +350 °C. The open connection end is fitted with wire end ferrules in accordance with DIN 46228 Part 4.
