This combined single-rod measuring chain (platinum and reference electrode in one shaft) has a dirt-repellent glass fiber bundle with polymerized solid electrolyte. A double chamber with double diaphragm sealing prevents electrode poisons such as sulfides, amines or chromates from damaging the reference electrode. The additional salt supply in the form of rings improves the service life with media with fewer ions or with high flow rates. The single-rod measuring chain was specially developed for use in chromate reduction, nitrite oxidation, swimming pool and drinking water disinfection with slightly contaminated media. It can be used for a redox range of plus/minus 1500 mV and has a temperature resistance of -5 to +90 °C. The installation length is 120 mm.
