The pipe contact resistance thermometer enables good temperature measurements on surfaces due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor and the special housing design. A small angle is left out in the middle of the housing underside, which enables attachment to round surfaces. An M16 x 1.5 mm cable gland enables the electrical connection to be made and increases the protection class to IP65. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as a 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to +120 °C. The dimensions of the plastic housing are 30 x 32 x 50 mm. The simple installation with tension straps or hose ties eliminates the need for mechanical processing of the measuring location. An associated mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
