The gateway is only 1 unit wide, but can be used multiple times: For connecting a Professional Smart Home controller or a PC via a USB interface, for coupling up to three FEMs, for connecting to the bus components of the older series 12 or as a bus connector for two RS485 buses of the series 14. Connection to the Eltako RS485 bus. Cross-wiring of bus and power supply with jumper. Operation in conjunction with FAM14 or FTS14KS. The hold terminal is connected to the FAM14 or FTS14KS. The PC connection is made via a USB interface with 9600 baud or 58 k baud. FEM radio receiver modules are connected in parallel to the RSA2 and RSB2 sub-bus terminals and the GND and +12 V power supply terminals. Up to 10 FTS12EM button input modules are connected in series to the RSA2 and RSB2 sub-bus terminals, if necessary, in series with FEM radio receiver modules. The Professional Smart Home Controller or PC connection is made via a USB interface. Series 12 actuators are connected to the RSA2 and RSB2 sub-bus terminals. There is no hold connection here. A second Series 14 bus is fed in via the RSA2/RSB2 terminals. The settings of the operating mode rotary switch BA are made in accordance with the operating instructions.
