With the nickel-zinc charger, Ansmann offers a charger that was specially designed for the requirements of these batteries. With the new NiZn charger, up to four NiZn batteries of the sizes Micro AA and/or Mignon AAA can be charged, even mixed. The battery charge level before charging begins is irrelevant. Defective or upside down NiZn batteries and NiMH/NiCd batteries are automatically detected and not charged. Each battery slot is monitored separately so that the batteries can be charged individually and independently of one another to their maximum capacity. Thanks to the latest microprocessor-controlled charging technology with multiple overcharge protection through voltage monitoring and safety timer, the charging process is automatically terminated as soon as the batteries are fully charged. LEDs show the charging status separately for each slot. The charger has a power supply with a wide-range input and can therefore be used worldwide.
