The self-discharge is 10 times lower than with normal NiMH batteries. After one year, around 80% of the initial capacity is still available. Since the batteries are delivered pre-charged, they can be used straight away. They naturally comply with the current EU directive and meet the highest requirements for safety and durability. Thanks to their excellent cycle stability, the NiMH cells can be recharged up to 1000 times. The batteries can be charged with a high charging current, which enables very short charging times.
