The compact and very light ALCS 2-12/0.4 charger is the ideal charger for lead batteries in cars, boats, motorcycles, scooters, mobile garden tools or children's vehicles. A long cable of 3.5 m is particularly practical and enables charging without an extension cable. Clear and easy handling is a matter of course with the ALCS 2-12. Depending on the battery, the voltage can be set using the rotary switch on the charger. The pole terminals enable quick contact with the lead batteries, and the charging process then starts automatically. Lead gel, lead fleece and lead acid can be charged. Charging takes place according to the IU characteristic curve, which means that vehicle starter batteries are charged very gently. For visual control, both the charging process and the end of charging are displayed via an LED. In addition to the actual charging, the ALCS 2-12 is ideal for trickle charging. The battery can remain connected to the charger all winter. This prevents deep discharge. This means that batteries can survive the winter well and are ready for use whenever needed. The same applies, of course, to intermediate charging when the battery is running low or has not been used for a long time.
