The window handle sensor, which can be mounted discreetly on all standard window handles, detects the position of the window handle and reports an open, tilted or closed window within the Homematic IP system. This makes the compact sensor versatile, e.g. for heating/room climate control or within an alarm system. Using the Homematic IP app, you can now remotely control the locking status of all windows in the house at any time.
