Since all frequency converters in the power range of FR-D720-025-100/FR-D740 (all) or FR-E720S-030SC-110SC/FR-E740 SC (all) are equipped with an internal braking transistor, the braking power of the system can be increased by connecting an optional braking resistor. The relative duty cycle can be selected via parameter 30 and set via parameter 70, depending on the frequency converter, up to 10% or 30%.
