Angle-shaped silencer consisting of a rectangular outer casing, a perforated inner tube and two connection ends with rolling ring seals, of which the connection on one side is arranged at a 90 degree angle. The space between is filled with sound-absorbing insulation material. A glass fleece between the inner tube and the insulation prevents the insulation material from coming into contact with the air flow. The rectangular shape achieves particularly high levels of attenuation in the lower frequency range.
