The Saphir maintenance contract for the fiber optic modules of the FiberTEK III/IV series with a term of 3 years includes annual calibration, repairs of 2 fiber optic modules (FiberTEK MM or SM kit), loaner device shipping, on-site device collection and the Saphir Careplan-Validated with all important information about the device. Used devices must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a Saphir service contract is issued. Any repair costs incurred will be invoiced separately.
