The wall heating element of the VL-A B series is made of galvanized sheet steel, 0.8 mm thick, powder-coated and printed on the front of the infrared heater with motifs according to the customer's wishes. The image motifs are provided by the customer in a printable resolution (240 dpi). The minimum quality of the images is as follows: VL-A09060-B 4252 x 2834 pixels. After checking the printability, the customer receives a draft in the format of the respective heating element for order approval. The infrared heating element reaches a maximum surface temperature of 90 ° Celsius at an ambient temperature of 20 ° C. The elements are closed on the back with a bare cover. Thanks to the thermally separated structure, wall heating elements achieve a high radiation efficiency in the room. For the mains connection, the heating elements are equipped with a connecting cable made of black silicone, 1.2 m long without a power plug. For operation as a stationary single-room heater, an additional room thermostat with weekly programming and detection of open windows and/or adaptive control of the start of heating and/or remote control option (outside the building) is required.
