As an infrared heater, the wall-mounted picture heating element is used in a fixed location to heat closed rooms in living and working environments. The wall-mounted infrared heater of the VL-F..B series is suitable for surface mounting on the wall. The heating element can be mounted in both landscape and portrait format. The effective yet decorative Vitramo wall heating element uses radiation to heat walls that enclose the room and the floor in such a way that they only have small temperature differences between them. The room air only heats up evenly and almost without flow when it comes into contact with the warm surfaces. This means that the conditions for living comfort are met without unnecessary energy consumption. The wall-mounted infrared heater of the VL-F series is produced in a sandwich structure. It consists of a single-pane safety glass pane (ESG glass pane made of white glass, low in iron oxide, 4 mm thick with rounded corners R=5 mm, smooth surface), which is heated on the back by a heating layer that converts electrical energy into heat. This layer is embedded in a plastic mass with glass fiber reinforcement. The glass pane is printed with motifs according to customer requirements. The image motifs are provided by the customer in a printable resolution (240 dpi). The minimum quality of the images is as follows: VL-F09060B 4252 x 2834 pixels. After the printability has been checked, the customer receives a draft in the format of the respective heating element for order approval. The back is completed by an aluminum cover, powder-coated white, which also encloses the sides. Surface temperature max. 120 °C at an ambient temperature of 20 °C. Thanks to the thermally separated structure, wall-mounted image heating elements achieve a high radiation efficiency in the room. For the mains connection, the heating elements are equipped with a connecting cable made of black silicone, 1.2 m long without a mains plug. For operation as a stationary single-room heater, an additional room thermostat with weekly programming and detection of open windows and/or adaptive control of the start of heating and/or remote control option (outside the building) is required. The Vitramo room thermostat VTD-UP and those in the VTX series control Vitramo ceiling and wall heating elements in accordance with eco-design.
