The WD90, EasyFoam, UFK and 3S cable boxes are supplied in a standard length of 270 mm, the EFD90 and W120 cable boxes in a standard length of 350 mm. If the boxes are installed in walls or ceilings whose thickness exceeds this dimension, the bulkhead box can be extended telescopically to the corresponding component thickness using an extension set. This creates an easily accessible installation channel, the end of which is flush with the wall or ceiling. Extensions can be ordered to match the respective external dimensions of the cable boxes. Extensions for each cable box type are available on request, depending on the component thickness. Each extension is supplied with an EasyFoam plug for cold smoke-tight sealing. Extra tip: Plastic empty pipes serve the same purpose. They are adapted to the thickness of the component, inserted into the box and completely mortared in together with the box.
