COMBI damp room cable junction box made of flame-retardant, halogen-free, reinforced thermoplastic, in 2-component plastic technology combined with puncture membranes made of thermoplastic elastomer. The box with a high protection class is weather- and UV-resistant, as well as impact-resistant and shatter-proof. Ideal for extreme use or installation indoors and outdoors. High resistance to vegetable and animal fats, mineral oil, diesel, weak acids, weak and strong alkalis and alcohol. Permanently elastic, self-sealing, lateral puncture membranes in combination with integrated thread make both direct cable installation through the membrane and the use of cable glands without a lock nut possible. Captive quick-release cover screws close the box with just a quarter turn. The box is attached through internal openings outside the sealing area.
