The TRE SPLIT splitting punch and hole punch system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the waste piece from getting stuck on the draw screw or in the die. This enables quick and burr-free punching. Max. ST sheet thicknesses: 2 mm with 9.5 mm draw screw/draw bolt and 3 mm with 19 mm draw screw/draw bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure required and thus makes the effort required easier when using the ball bearing screw manually. This also ensures that the load on the hydraulic tools is reduced. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizure.
