EFR4001IP, energy flow relay Pav,e monitoring, EnFluRi, measuring transducer

Certified Pav,e monitoring according to VDE-AR-N 4105:2018-11, optimization of self-consumption of self-generated energy. Energy flow direction sensor

 Product description

Energy flow relays EFR4001IP monitor the flow of electricity between the consumer and the public power grid (at the grid connection point).
Operation is convenient with the built-in web server via the IP interface or via the LCD plain text display directly on the device. Measured values are clearly shown in the display or on the screen.
Many areas suitable for photovoltaics could not be used until now because only a limited amount of power can be fed into the grid connection point. With the validation by VDE-AR-N 4105:2018-11, two thirds or more additional generation capacity can now be installed than the grid connection allows when monitored by the EFR4001IP. The prerequisite for this is that the installed capacity is consumed by the system itself and not fed into the grid. This must be monitored to ensure the stability of the system. The same applies to zero feed-in, when no energy at all is allowed to be fed into the grid.
ATTENTION: Even if nothing is to be fed in (zero feed-in), the agreed active connection power Pav,e must currently be at least 60% of the installed active connection power Pinst of all generation systems operated in the customer system, including storage, when connected in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4105. The EFR4001IP has been optimized for these functions.

Functions Pav,e monitoring and energy flow direction sensor:

Switching off the in-house generation system or parts of it if the permissible feed-in power is exceeded with relay K3
Switching on consumers or reducing generators before it gets that far with analog output and relays K1 and K2
Energy flow direction sensor (EnFluRi sensor) and feed-in limitation (Pav,e) <, 0.1s
 Pave / P ave / P av,e

 Setting options and functions:

Switching on up to 3 consumers: largest consumer, sequence 1-2-3 or combination of 3 consumers (7-stage)
Switch-on and switch-off points. At which energy flow are consumers switched on and when are they switched off again
Switch-on and switch-off delays as well as minimum switch-on times for consumers
 Control of heat pumps SG-ready.
